Luca Martini è nato a Bologna nel 1971. Appassionato di musica, scrive canzoni e racconti da quando aveva diciassette anni. Nel 2008 ha vinto il premio Arturo Loria per l'inedito. Per Voras edizione del 2009 è uscita la raccolta di racconti La geometria degli inganni e nel 2010 il suo primo romanzo Le mani in faccia. Carla Sermasi Calvi è nata a Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) nel 1964. Insegnante, si occupa anche di organizzazione scolastica. Ha realizzato eventi letterari con il gruppo scrittori Cassiopea.
